McLaren prepares ecological super car
As independent brand McLaren Automotive plans to begin with ecological super car. The car is planned to present the next two years. Head McLaren Group Ron Dennis has informed that he left a line-up of Formula-1 to be focused on a conclusion to the market of new sports cars. This experiment will begin with sport car P11 code-named.
Under preliminary assumptions will cost P11 nearby $275 000, but the price will be justified by some especially racing advantages. As well as original McLaren F1 the ninetieth, P11 it will be mainly executed from carbon which will help to lower weight as much as possible. The hybrid control system KERS intended for increase of efficiency of the engine will be integrated into the new car.
